Bill Phelps, of Vienna, VA., died on Sunday, October 25, 2015 at his home. He is the loving husband of the late Nancy Phelps; cherished brother of Sister Catherine Phelps, SND, Linda (John) Koper and Paula (Mike) Dodson; uncle of Chris (Cynthia) Koper, Chad (Misty) Koper, Greg (Crystal) Dodson and Tim Dodson. He is also survived by his great nieces and nephews, Camaron, Courtney, Kiersten and Ashton and cousin Paul (Hanan) Phelps. Relatives and friends are invited to Bill's Life Celebration at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 W. Maple Ave., Vienna, VA on Monday, November 2 from
10 AM to 12 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated following the visitation at St. Catherine of Sienna Catholic Church, 1020 Springvale Rd., Great Falls, VA at 1:00 PM. Interment will be held at Arlington National Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3701 Pender Drive, Fairfax, VA 22030.
