On October 3, 2009, William John Finan, age 85, of Vienna, Virginia passed away at his residence. William is the loving husband of 56 years of Peggy Finan & devoted father of Joe (Joanne) Finan. He is also survived by a sister, Patricia (Frank) Doughty; three grandchildren, Patrick (Christina) Finan, Kevin Finan, & Danny Finan; & a great-grandchild, Daniel Finan.
