Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. A wonderful man who will be sorely missed. My thoughts and prayers are with the family as they grieve. Bob and Janie Ratcliff

  2. I couldn’t have asked for a better role model, mentor, and friend. I am so proud to be able to call you my Dad. You will be missed, but always in my heart. — Bill

  3. We have known your mom and dad since 1967. It has been a joy to have known and working with them in several service areas,as well as, knowing them on a personal basis, We are blessed to have so many fond memories. May God bless you and your family during your period of grief.

  4. Grandpa Max was the best grandpa you could ask for. Dependable and loving, he would do anything for myself and my brothers. I was lucky to spend so much time with him over the years. Things won’t be the same without him.

  5. Max was such a kind and unassuming man. I appreciate the many conversations Dad (Elton) and I had with Max and Bill over lunch at Bob Evans over the past couple of years. And thank you, Max, for keeping Elton company since Lee and Laura passed on.

  6. We have been neighbors of Laura and Max Haugh since 1953 when we all moved to Vienna and never moved away. We always felt so blessed to live next door to such a wonderful family. So sad for us when we lost Laura and sadder still to know that Max is no longer with us. He was a wonderful man and we will miss him so much. The neighborhood will never be the same for us without the two of them. Having them as neighbors and friends for 63 years makes it very difficult to give them up.

  7. William Maxwell Haugh was a great example to many of us. He will be greatly missed in our family, but in our hearts forever. Love you, Uncle Max!

  8. Bill & Toy: I was sadden to hear about the loss of your father. Mr. Haugh was a great man and I am sure you and the kids will miss him. You are in our prayers. You can take comfort in knowing that he is with your Mom.Mary & William Battle

  9. Max Haugh was a gentleman and an all around nice guy. I am glad I had the pleasure of knowing him over the years and count him as a friend. He was a big fan of my Christmas Fudge. May his family be comforted knowing that he had a good life and may now be at Peace.

  10. Blessed to be the niece of Uncle Max. He was a true “gentle man”. So glad he was in my life. Love and prayers to Bill, Toy, Alex, Thomas and Daniel.
