William R Feezle Obituary
William Richard (Dick) Feezle 85, of Ashburn, VA, passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018. He was born June 20, 1932, in Zanesville, Indiana to Stanley and Anne Louise (Norton) Feezle and was the husband of Sandra Anne (Gary) Feezle currently residing in Martinsburg, WV.
Dick held a Senior Executive position with the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and felt extremely privileged and humbled to work directly with the White House and the newly elected presidents over his forty plus years of service to our country from February 1971 to October 2012... retiring just six years prior to his passing.
In addition to his wife, Sandra, Dick is survived by two biological sons, Christopher Eric Feezle of Keyser, WV; Brian Cameron Feezle of Ashburn, VA; one stepson, Gordon Keith Isaacs of Largo, FL; one daughter, Cathleen Elizabeth (Feezle) Koplets of Bluemont, VA; ten grandchildren and four great grandchildren. Dick also leaves behind one sister, Anne (Feezle) Beadell of Indianapolis, IN; two brothers, James (Jim) Feezle of FL; Stanley Feezle of Carmel, IN; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Dick was preceded in death by one brother, Robert (Bob) Feezle; and two sisters, MaryJane (Janie Feezle) Nobel; and Elizabeth (Bitsy Feezle) Landis.
Although Dick was an avid car enthusiast, family came first and foremost. He prioritized his weekends and other free time for family oriented activities - especially hiking, bicycling and ball games with his children and grandchildren.
A celebration of his life will be held on May 6 from 1 to 3 at Money and King Funeral Home, 171 Maple Ave W, Vienna VA. Dick's grandson, Casey Feezle, will be giving the eulogy. The family will also receive friends and relatives for refreshments, a bit of relaxation and sharing a few memories. This will be at an undisclosed location in Ashburn, VA from 4 to 6pm. Address and directions will be given to those who would like to attend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Saint Jude's Research Hospital.

I miss you dad, but you live with me each and every day. Each time I crack a ‘funny’, or take a country ride, with the top down… you are there. I look forward to seeing you again. Until then, sleep tight. Kentucky Babe is playing right now, just for you. I love you dad.
Your Cathy.
I was very saddened to learn of Dick’s passing and wish to extend my deepest sympathy to his family.
Dick and I were friends and colleagues for many years in the Energy and Science Division at the Office of Management and Budget. Although we rarely worked directly together, I would stop by his ofice often to chat. Dick was well-liked at OMB, because he was warm, gregarious,, and quick-witted, with an endless supply of terrific anecdotes about his amazing career and other adventures. He often talked about his family whom he loved very much.
I am sure that you will have many loving memories of Dick to comfort you in the years ahead. — John Pfeiffer
Thank you so very much John. This means so much. I loved dad telling us stories about work and his colleagues. He would bring us trinkets from his travels and always had a funny moment to share. I will treasure these memories.
A candle was lit for the decedent.
The ‘Three Amigoes’ will live on dad. I miss you and love you so much.
Love looking at all of the photos. So sorry for your loss, Cathleen and family. Your Dad sounds like a truly amazing guy- Mark has told me some great stories too. Thinking of you often and with prayers for your strength.
Thank you very much Marjorie and Mark. He was and so funny. I hear him in me now every day. I used to get embarrassed by his spontaneous craziness, but now I’m that way. 🙂 Thank you. Love to you all!
Dear Dick, your departure leaves a hollowness in many a heart. You were a great friend and confidant. I will miss our long discussions over the years. You are truly one of the great ones. You optimized the definition of a loving caring father and your selfless devotion to making this country a better place will forever resonate in my mind. Until we meet again. God Bless you and your family.
Thank you very much Ed. He was a great one and I miss him terribly. He loved you and would brag of you often. You helped me so much growing up and I thank you for that. You too are a wonderful person and I’m so glad you were my dads friend and part of our lives. Love, Cathy.
Too sad. Brian just let me know. I loved Dick’s stories about presidents over the many years he served.
My condolences to his whole family.–George
