Wilma Deem Neighbarger died on Thursday, October 20, 2011 at the age of 101. Born in West Virginia, she was the daughter of Sarah Elizabeth White and Roscoe Ira Deem. Wilma is preceded in death by her sons, John and James and she is survived by her daughter Patricia Ann, sisters Joyce McPeek and Pauline (David) Boucher, sister-in-law Norma Deem, and numerous nieces and nephews.
